Solar EPC companies, installers, distributors and dealers, and service businesses that want to run sales, projects, material, money and their team from one place.

A solar CRM runs the sale: leads, follow-ups, site surveys and quotations. A solar ERP runs the work after the sale: projects, stock, purchase orders, serial numbers, invoices and payroll. RAYVO does both on one record, so a won lead becomes a project, its material and its invoice without retyping.
Yes. RAYVO has a solar CRM, a solar ERP and a 3D solar design studio in one product. The design's bill of materials becomes the quotation, the accepted quotation becomes the project, and the project reserves stock and raises the invoice.
It moves the sun across the 21st of every month in half-hour steps and tests every module against buildings, trees, tanks and the other rows, then shows the loss month by month. Climate data comes from PVGIS. It is a design-stage estimate: real output also depends on weather, soiling and installation.
Arka 360, Aurora Solar and OpenSolar are mainly design and proposal tools; SolarLadder is a CRM and operations platform. RAYVO puts 3D design, CRM and ERP in one product with published prices. The RAYVO blog has a comparison with each, with dated sources, so you can check every point.
Yes. RAYVO runs in the browser in any country and installs as an app on Android, iPhone, Windows and Mac. India's GST, e-invoice and PM Surya Ghar subsidy are built in; for another country, tell the team in your demo how tax and utility approvals work there.
Before GST: 3D Design is Rs 24,000 a year, CRM + 3D Design Rs 36,999 a year, Complete EPC Rs 74,999 a year with unlimited users, and Super Monthly Rs 3,999 a month. Every plan is on the pricing page.

It shows the basic wind speed from IS 875 (Part 3) for the nearest listed city in India, the design wind speed and pressure at the array height, and takes off the steel for the structure. These figures size the proposal; a structural engineer's design for the actual roof is still needed before installation.
Yes. Quantities are counted from the design (modules, strings, cable runs, structure, clamps, anchors, earthing and lightning protection) and priced from a rate card you can edit. That total is the price used in the proposal.
A branded proposal of about eleven pages made from the design: the cover with quotation number and validity, system size and yield, components, wind and structure, warranty, price and payment schedule, an itemised bill of materials, month-by-month production, savings and payback, CO2 avoided, the assumptions used, next steps and an order acceptance page. Each quotation carries a version number, and a link or QR code opens the live 3D design.
Yes. Every module is checked against buildings, trees, tanks and other rows across the sun's path on the 21st of each month, so the shading loss is shown month by month.
